Self-supporting Steel Chimney

The sleeve anticorrosive self supporting steel chimney, also known as free standing chimney, is an invention patent of Rainbow. This self supported chimney structure is mainly composed of an outer cylinder, inner cylinder, heat insulation layer, and air layer. The outer cylinder supports the cylinder part and resists atmospheric corrosion; the inner cylinder has the function of smoke exhaust and anti-corrosion. The heat insulation layer controls the flue gas temperature, preventing it from transferring to the outer cylinder, avoiding condensation on the cylinder wall, and stabilizing the flue gas flow rate and temperature of the inner cylinder. The air layer acts as the second insulation line and provides space for axial displacement to prevent huge thermal expansion forces from damaging the inner cylinder.
