In 1993, Suzhou Huading Fireproof Materials Factory was established, the predecessor of Suzhou RAINBOW Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd.
In 1997, The first domestically prefabricated double-layer stainless steel thermal insulation steel chimney was produced and is still in normal use at the International Building in Suzhou Industrial Park.
In 2008,The first overseas Malagasy 80-meter triple-tube cluster steel chimney laid the foundation for China's international standing in chimney design and technology. The Tianjin Binhai Energy 60-meter triple-tube curved cluster steel chimney project was a pioneering initiative both domestically and internationally, leading the way in landscape chimney design.
In 2012, Rainbow Germany Bremen Branch was established in Germany. Rainbow Environmental Tianjin Branch was established. Rainbow Environmental Chengdu Branch was established.
In 2015, The first domestic 80-meter sleeve self-supporting steel chimney (Sierbon Project) was successfully manufactured and installed, passing the North America’s most stringent UL103 standard test, and successfully obtaining North American UL certification. The first domestic 180-meter tower-type FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) chimney was successfully manufactured.
In 2016, Suzhou RAINBOW Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. was established and listed on the New Third Board.
The Chengdu company signed an agreement with Sichuan University to jointly establish the "National Flue Gas Desulfurization Engineering Technology Research Center - Urban Flue Gas Purification Engineering Technology Research Center".
Rainbow Environmental Chengdu Branch was established.
In 2018, The Xiaoshan Green Energy 3*80-meter cluster decorative chimney project marked the official birth of the first domestic landscape-style steel chimney.
The Yanchang Petroleum (Shaanxi Xi'an) 120-meter self-supporting steel chimney project was completed, setting the highest standard for domestic sleeve self-supporting steel chimneys under new norms.
The Overseas Business Department signed a pellet stove chimney order in Chile, South America, opening up the South American market for the first time.
In 2019, Two 120-meter sleeve self-supporting steel chimneys designed, manufactured, and installed by Rainbow for Yunnan Tin Group (the largest tin production base in the world) were smoothly put into operation.
Chairman Wang participated as a representative of Suzhou's private brand enterprises in the first entrepreneur exchange salon held by the Suzhou Municipal Committee and Government to enhance economic vitality and development.
In 2020, Rainbow Environment signed and completed the "Little Man Waist" landscape chimney project with GAC Group.

In 2021, Rainbow produced the world's tallest sleeve self-supporting steel chimney.
The Conch Group's 135-meter sleeve self-supporting steel chimney project successfully applied damper technology, breaking through from 120 meters to 135 meters and leading the continuous development breakthrough in the industry's damping technology.
In 2022, Rainbow set a new record for the application of technology in Asia's tallest and most multi-tube cluster chimneys. The Sinochem Group Chongqing Fuling Chemical 90-meter ten-tube cluster tower chimney project established the first case in Asia, leading the industry's technological frontier.
