In order to eliminate the exhaust gas generated in the production process, the factory will install chimneys. This matter is not only related to environmental pollution issues, but also involves the internal safety issues of the enterprise. Therefore, the installation cannot be taken lightly. Then, what are the installation requirements for boiler chimneys?

The Boiler Chimney is an indispensable item in the construction and layout of the boiler room. The State Environmental Protection Administration has also made clear requirements for the height and diameter of the chimney in the boiler room. For example, if the total installed capacity of the boiler room is less than 0.7mw, the height of the chimney shall not be less than 20 meters. When there is a building within a radius of 200m around the newly built chimney, the chimney should be more than 3m higher than the tallest building.

1) The installation of the boiler chimney should be carried out in the weather without wind and rain as much as possible. It should not be carried out when the wind force is greater than level 5. The chimney can be hoisted as a whole or in sections from the bottom to the top. The specific method depends on the situation on site.

2) When installing the Steam Boiler Chimney, asbestos rope is placed between the flanges, and the verticality of the chimney is checked by the method of the vertical line.

3) The galvanized steel wire rope that restrains Boiler Chimney Design needs to be tightened with turnbuckle bolts (the other end of the steel wire rope should be fixed on other buildings), and the tension of the three steel wire ropes should be roughly equal.

4) If the environment requires to increase the height of the chimney, the lightning protection device and multi-stage tensioning can be adopted depending on the weather conditions to ensure safety and stability.

5) The height of Stove Chimney is generally about 8 meters, the horizontal distance is short, the elbows are few, and the lower limit is taken; the horizontal distance is long, the elbows are more, and the upper limit is taken. The horizontal distance between the chimney position and the boiler smoke outlet should not exceed 6 meters; the 90° arc elbow should not exceed 3, otherwise the cross-sectional area of the flue should be appropriately enlarged and the height of the chimney should be increased.

6) There are two installation methods for the boiler chimney: one is to directly install it on the boiler body exhaust nozzle; the other is to place it on the ground, and then connect the chimney to the boiler main engine exhaust nozzle through the connecting flue.
