Setup Requirements for Free-standing Chimney

The setting requirements of the Free-standing Chimney insulation layer: (1) When the flue gas temperature is higher than the specified maximum heating temperature of the cylinder wall, the insulation layer should be installed. (2) When the flue gas temperature is lower than 150°C and the flue gas may corrode the chimney, an insulating layer should be provided. (3) The thickness of the thermal insulation layer is determined by temperature calculation, but the minimum thickness should not be less than 50 mm, and for the total radiation type chimney, the thickness of the thermal insulation layer should not be less than 75 mm. (4) The insulation layer should be firmly connected with the chimney wall. When using block material or cast-in-place materials, anchors or wire mesh can be used for fixing. A steel ring can be installed at the top of the chimney to protect the edges of the insulation. The thickness of the steel plate ring shall not be less than 6mm. (5) In order to support the weight of the thermal insulation layer, an angle steel reinforcing ring can be arranged on the inner surface of the steel chimney along the height direction of the chimney every 1-1.5m. (6) When the temperature of the self-supporting chimney is higher than 560, the anchoring of the thermal insulation layer can be made of stainless steel; when the temperature of the flue gas is lower than 560, it can be made of ordinary carbon steel. (7) For self-supporting chimneys without thermal insulation layer, the chimneys within the height range of 2m at the bottom should take external thermal insulation measures or protective railings to prevent accidents.

Setup Requirements for Free-Standing Chimney Liners: The liner is set up for one or more of the following reasons. 1) Insulation to prevent the temperature of the cylinder wall from being too high; 2) Insulation to avoid condensation caused by low flue gas temperature and reduce the corrosion of the cylinder wall.

Lining material for Modern Freestanding Fireplace. The lining material should be comprehensively determined according to flue gas temperature and flue gas corrosion characteristics. 1) Refractory bricks, the maximum operating temperature can reach 1400, the weight is large, and the construction is heavy. 2) Diatomite bricks, with a maximum operating temperature of 80°C, light weight, good thermal insulation effect, and low expansion coefficient; 3) Acid-resistant bricks, used for strong corrosive flue gas, not for chimneys where flue gas temperature fluctuates frequently; 4 ) Ordinary clay brick, with a maximum service temperature of 500, high self-weight and good acid resistance; 5) Heat-resistant concrete, different heat-resistant concrete (200-1200) can be configured according to flue gas temperature requirements, which can be cast-in-place or prefabricated; 6 ) Diatom concrete, with broken brick as aggregate, alumina cement, can be cast-in-place or prefabricated, allowing heating temperature 150-900, is a good thermal insulation material; 7) Modern Freestanding FireplaceFC-S spray paint is suitable for temperature 400 Steel chimney. Main components: binder - special cement; aggregate - aggregate with high silicon calcined wax as the main component; acid-resistant additive fine powder. Construction method: Now the inner wall of the cylinder is welded with short bars, hung with steel wire, and then sprayed with FC-S paint with a thickness of 60-80mm.
