(IV) Contents and scope of the bidding: Design of the "Inner-tube of concrete + titanium steel composite plate" of Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd.; Demolition of the brick lining and heat insulation layer of the original "single-tube" chimney body. Ash platform (including diversion walls and metal ash hoppers) retains the original concrete wall of the chimney, and a new steel lining chimney of 153/3.5m titanium steel composite plate material is built inside the chimney; procurement of titanium steel composite panels is carried out. Processing, installation, non-destructive testing; dismantling the first non-metallic expansion joint imported from the chimney to the flue between the self-supporting inner cylinder, transforming it into a titanium steel composite plate flue, and installing CEMS measuring holes, platforms, etc.; smoke from the south side of the original chimney The gas inlets are removed and the chimney sidewalls are closed; the lower flue of the flue gas outlet pipe is connected to the material and installation of the adjacent drainage pipe; the titanium steel plate inner tube and the concrete inner wall inspection platform and the staircase are set up; the original chimney external platform And ladder steel structure rust inspection and failure to re-treatment. (5) Qualifications and performance requirements of bidders:
1. Has an independent legal personality and holds a valid business license.
2. It has Class 1 qualification for general contracting of construction engineering; if design is subcontracted, it should have Class A qualification for professional design of power industry.
3, There are five 150m and above concrete chimney to transform titanium steel composite plate inner cylinder transformation or titanium steel plate inner cylinder infrastructure installation performance. (Provide contract, technical agreement, acceptance report, etc.).
4, whether to accept the Commonwealth bid: not accepted.
