1. One day before construction, prepare materials, tools, etc., and prepare for the start of construction.
2. 3. First analyze the chimney drawings.
1) Steel chimney construction is made of steel: the thickness of the steel plate is 16mm, the length is 20m, it is processed into a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 1.4m by a plate rolling machine, and then all seams are welded internally and externally. 3) In the construction of the steel chimney, three equidistant fixed points are welded from the bottom to the top of the chimney from 5m to 20m, so as to connect the wind cable and the ground anchor point for connection and fixation.
4) A chimney foundation with a diameter of 2m and a depth (thickness) of 2.3m is poured with commercial concrete on the ground.
5) ¢16㎜ rebar is used for the chimney foundation reinforcement structure, the density of rebar is 24, and the upper and lower connections are bound with ¢12㎜ rebar.
6) The bolts for the construction of the foundation and the steel chimney are pre-buried in the reinforced concrete foundation, and the distance distribution is reasonable and even.
7) When the steel chimney is constructed and installed using a truck crane, when the chimney cylinder is connected with the foundation screws, it is fixed with double nuts. When the chimney is lifted to the corresponding position, the wind cable is pulled up to connect with the ground anchor, and the angle between the wind cable and the ground is not more than 60°.
8) After the overall hoisting and installation of steel chimney construction and welding, the inner and outer cylinders of the chimney should be fully painted and anti-corrosion. When painting, the surface of the chimney should be treated, and all the impurities in the weld slag should be cleaned up. The surface of the cylinder is smooth and smooth, and the color is bright.
